Hello everyone. Just an update on some of the things that have been going on behind the scenes to improve the environment of the estate. There is a Waverley Safer Partnership task group working which involves the Police, Waverley Borough Council, Vivid and some other agencies including the Community Centre.  

This is an update from PCSO Richard Platt: We have managed to get Vivid to cut back some of the trees along the graveyard steps to get more light in. I also think they have put anti climb paint on the wall as a temp measure to stop the youths congregating there. Shortly a new wall and railings will be installed. We are working with the Council to install new bins. The Police are coming to the family fun day on the 31st and doing a police stall and you can take part in a couple of activities to get free hot dogs.

At the Community Fun Day there will be an opportunity to feedback on what you think the local area needs to make it a great place to live so please come and talk to us.
