BOOKINGS & AVAILABILITY

Anyone wishing to make a booking, can view AVAILABILITY by week for both the Community Centre and/or Youth Centre* on-line.

All our bookings are managed through our Hallmaster Online Booking System - a BRIEF GUIDE(1) is available to download from the Hallmaster Website,, which enables you to make the most of using the On-line Calendar & Reservations or alternatively you can download and complete a Booking Form which can be emailed directly to the Centre.

To check when a room is available and make a provisional booking:-

  1. Click this CALENDAR link or click on the View Room Availability of the room you want to book.
  2. Use "<< Previous" and "Next >>" to navigate to the date required
  3. If it is available, click on the "+" sign for the date required and fill in the details of your event

NB: Our Privacy Policy/Data Protection Policy and Booking Terms & Conditions of Hire have both recently been updated, and are available, together with other policies/procedures, to view or download from our Policies/Procedures page here.  NB: When booking on-line you will be asked to confirm that you accept our Terms & Conditions of Hire, therefore please ensure that you read this document prior to making a booking.

If the technology doesn't work for you, we still have real people on the end of a telephone (please leave a message on our answer phone outside office hours) or alternatively complete an online Booking Enquiry Form or send us an Email Enquiry Form (on the right). We endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 2 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: the on-line calendar may not show well on smaller devices such as smartphones and some tablets.  It displays best on a laptop or computer due to the width of the diary

(1) Although we endeavour to maintain invoice/payment information within Hallmaster, we can only guarantee payment information for this financial year (w.e.f. 1st April 2023) as being actively used within our current accounts.  Any queries with regards to invoices prior this date, please email the Centre.

* Any activities using the Youth Centre outside Centre run youth work should have some element of support or offer of activity to the local community.  Thank you
