Unlock the ideal setting for your events and activities with our six flexible options, available for both recurring and one-time bookings! Within the Community Centre, you'll find the adaptable Main Hall, comfortable Lounge, focused Training Room, and private Consultancy Room.
For larger celebrations, conferences, or events requiring more capacity, the Main Hall and Lounge can be combined to create a truly expansive area. Additionally, our Youth Centre is ready to host activities that offer some element of support or engagement opportunities to the local community, fostering positive connections.

We recommend downloading Hallmaster's User Guide(1) which will help you make the most of our online system prior to accessing our Hallmaster booking system:-

SCHEDULER - shows one room in a month to view format.

Check Availability: Once you've found an available room, simply click the + symbol on the date and room you wish to book.

First-Time User? Quick Setup! If this is your first booking request, we'll ask for your contact details and a password. This secure account lets you: Track Your Booking: Stay updated on your request's status; Manage Changes: See any modifications made to your booking and View Financials: Access invoices and payment history(1) . It's just like having an account on an online shopping website for your convenience!

Complete the Booking Form: Fill in the details as follows:

- Rooms: Tick the box(es) for the room(s) you want. If booking the whole Venue, ensure all room boxes are ticked.
- Name: Enter the name of your event here.
- Start Date/Time: The exact date and time your event will begin. For a recurring series, this is the start of the first event.
- End Date/Time: The exact date and time your event will conclude. For a recurring series, this is the end of the first event.
Alternatively, download and complete an online our Booking Enquiry Form or print and complete a pdf version of our hardcopy Booking Form which can be emailed directly to the Centre - bookings@halecommunitycentre.org.uk.
Important Confirmation Detail
Please note: Your booking request is not considered accepted until you receive a separate confirmation email from us stating that your booking status is now "Confirmed."
Guidance for Hires
- Please review our Privacy Policy/Data Protection Policy and Booking Terms & Conditions of Hire before making a booking. You'll be asked to accept these terms when booking online.
- When booking, you can choose to display your event as "Private" or "Public." "Private" events will show as "Private Event" with no further details. "Public" events will display the booking name, which can be clicked for more information. All private parties are always listed as a "Private Event."
- Please note, the Centre does not hold a TV license. Do not watch TV on any device plugged into the mains on our premises.
(1) We strive to keep invoice and payment information current within Hallmaster, but can only guarantee accuracy for the current financial year (starting April 1, 2025). For older invoice queries, please email the Centre.
*If you're using the Youth Centre for activities outside of our youth work, please ensure they offer some support or activity to the local community.
The online calendar is best viewed on a laptop or computer due to its width, and may not display well on smaller devices.
