This isn't just about recipes. It's about gathering in a safe, friendly space to learn, laugh, and nourish ourselves - body and soul. Whether you're a seasoned home cook or someone who's never touched a slow cooker, Coral will guide you through winter-ready meals that are as comforting as they are simple.
🕕 Wednesdays, 6–8pm / 📅 Starting 25th February
Each session blends practical cooking skills with gentle health and wellbeing tips—perfect for those looking to ease into healthier habits without pressure. And best of all? No experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity and appetite.
