A huge welcome to Nory, the very first helper to join experienced gardeners - John & Alan - in our community garden today.

She certainly enjoyed being outdoors, digging in the soil, getting dirty, creating things and planting her very own 'Dwarf Beans' that she will be able to watch grow in the weeks to come!

Children can learn new skills, have fun, play and develop self-confidence by spending time in the garden, tending plants and growing their own food... hopefully Nory will be the first of many 'small people' to come along to our weekly gardening sessions on Tuesday afternoons!
